We handle all the technical complexity—instant quotes, payment processing via Stripe, shipping labels via EasyPost, and customer management. You get a custom link that you can share anywhere. When customers upload files, they get instant quotes, can pay online, and track their orders.

What are the subscription plans and pricing?

We offer two simple plans: Mage Monthly at $19/month, and Mage Yearly at $190/year which saves you $38 (2 months free). We do not take a percentage of your sales - you keep 100% of your profits.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Unlike Etsy (5% + fees), eBay (12-15%), or other platforms, we do not take a cut of your profits. You pay your subscription and keep 100% of your sales. The only other costs are Stripe's standard payment processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

How do payments work?

We use Stripe Connect so customers pay directly to YOUR Stripe account—not ours. You see funds in your bank account in 2-3 business days. You have full control and can access your Stripe dashboard anytime.

What file formats are supported?

We support STL (standard format for single-color prints), OBJ (3D object format), GCODE (pre-sliced files), and 3MF (multi-material files with automatic color detection on Mage plan).
